Regional Leaders Programme

We are delighted to announce that we have five funded places available on the Regional Leaders Programme, which is set to begin this September.

The programme is designed for professionals who are eager to develop their leadership competencies. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are considering a transition into management within the next few years. The programme offers 1:1 mentoring and coaching sessions with real leaders, along with guest speaker and panel discussion events that will develop your networking skills. Please note that these places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference given to those who have not yet engaged in a leadership programme, such as Aurora or the Management & Leadership Development programme. To secure your place, simply fill out the online form.
