Funded by SATLE, this symposium will give you insights into how SETU can support local and regional food producers to grow and develop their business through research and innovation, and skills development.
Georgina Campbell will discuss with local food and drink producers how they have benefited and could benefit from collaboration with SETU .
Bord Bia and Fáilte Ireland will offer insights into real opportunities within the artisan food and agri-tourism sectors for students and graduates.
Edward Hayden and Edward Lonergan will officially launch Knockanore Mozzarella Cheese.
